General terms for Altius Gruppen AS

Reservations:
The website may be subject to typographical errors regarding prices and information about the goods/services on the page. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Price information:
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are shown without Norwegian TAX (VAT). However you need to pay TAX for your country when you recive the package.

Wire Transfer Fee:
We require a “wire transfer fee” of 100 NOK to cover bank fees that are withdrawn from the payment by the bank. This fee will be added by us on the invoice.

Shipping calculation:
The ordered goods will be packed, then measured and weighed for shipping calculation.
The price of shipping will be added to the total price.

Payment:
We require prepayment from all customers outside of Norway unless something else is agreed on. We send out the invoice via e-mail when the order is ready. We only accept wire transfers.

Dispatch:
All orders will be sent from our warehouse the same day (or the day after) we recive payment. In periods with sales and other periods of high activity, the dispatch time may be somewhat extended.

Customs:
After we have shipped the package you will receive an e-mail from UPS with shipping information. You will aslo get an invoice from them, where you have to pay TAX (your countrys vat) and custom fees. This invoice MUST be PAID for you to recive your package. If this is not paid and the package is returned to us, all costs will be charged the customer.

Customer information:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided (phone nr, e-mail address, address, etc.) is correct. The customer is responsible for informing us of any changes.
Costs due to incorrect information is covered by the customer.

Return of items:
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days from when you received the item. Send an e-mail to info@altiusgruppen.no. The customer must cover return shipping and is responsible for the item until it arrives at our premises.
Items on sale and order items cannot be exchanged!

Here’s how to do it:
Fill in the right of withdrawal form, print it as a pdf here. Please write the order number from the packing slip that came with your package.
2. Send the item back to: Altius Gruppen AS, Jemlivegen 53, 2312 Ottestad, Norway.
3. The item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Defect on item:
If there is a defect on the product, you must notify Altius Gruppen AS at info@altiusgruppen.no that you want to claim the defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. We will then give you information on what to do next.

Cancellation:
The cancellation period applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days thereafter. If you want to regret the purchase, you return the item in the same condition as you received it. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@altiusgruppen.no and we will process your case as soon as we are able.

Money back:
If you wish to get the money back, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days from when you received the item. You will be reimbursed the cost of the item within 14 days from when we received the item in return. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

Warranty:
Warranty on goods is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty on the various products. In addition, the right of complaint applies in accordance with Norwegian law. Warranty/complaints do not cover defects that have arisen due to the buyer’s incorrect use of the product, or conditions for which the buyer bears the risk, such as accidents, fire, lightning, overvoltage, water damage, environmental and climatic conditions, or damage caused in connection with construction work.

Damage from transportation:
In the event of damage from transportation, you must notify the driver who brought the package or the person who gives you the package at the collection point. If the damage is discovered after the package has been opened, this must be reported to the carrier and us immediately (within 3 hours). See the EDI label on the package for more information.

Shipping to businesses:
We use UPS for the delivery of packages to customers outside of  Norway.
